Overview Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer for a consulting engineering company. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, analysing, and optimizing mechanical systems and components for a variety of projects.

Responsibilities

Designing and implementing mechanical systems and components

Performing engineering calculations and analysis

Conducting feasibility studies and technical investigations

Preparing and reviewing engineering drawings and specifications

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success

Managing and mentoring junior engineers

Ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations

Participating in project meetings and client presentations

Providing technical guidance and support

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering

Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred

Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices

Proficiency in CAD software and engineering analysis tools

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in project management is a plus
