TREATMENT COORDINATOR | ROSEBANK/BEDFORDVIEW, JHB, Rosebank

A busy, modern Dental Practice with branches in Rosebank and Bedfordview is seeking an experienced, professional, and highly organised Treatment Plan Coordinator to join their dynamic team as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be based primarily at the Rosebank branch, with Thursdays and Saturdays spent at the Bedfordview practice.

The ideal candidate will have previous dental industry experience, excellent patient communication skills, and the ability to coordinate treatment plans efficiently within a fast-paced practice environment. The practice is seeking someone polished, professionally presented, and confident in dealing with patients. A candidate who carries themselves well, communicates professionally, takes pride in their work, and contributes positively to the overall patient experience would be highly suited to this role.

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous dental industry experience essential
• Computer-literate and confident working with digital systems
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Well-spoken with excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Looking for long-term employment with loyalty and commitment
• Strong administrative and patient liaison skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinating patient treatment plans
• Assisting patients with treatment explanations and scheduling
• Liaising between patients and the clinical team
• Administrative and coordination duties related to treatment planning
• Assisting with patient communication and follow-ups
• Supporting the overall workflow and efficiency of the practice
  

Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:00  &  3 Saturdays per month initially: 08:00 – 13:00

Salary: Starting from R17 500 per month, with flexibility for a highly experienced candidate.
