We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from inception to completion. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance, all while effectively managing remote teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure successful project delivery.
• Remote Team Management: Lead, coordinate, and communicate with remote teams, contractors, sub contractors and stakeholders across multiple locations.
• Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met.
• Contract Management: Prepare and manage contracts, evaluate contractor proposals, and negotiate terms and conditions.
• Risk Management: Identify project risks early, assess potential impacts, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status, timelines, risks, and financials to senior leadership, clients and stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all construction activities meet design specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and vendors to align project goals and expectations.
• Compliance & Safety: Uphold all health, safety, and environmental regulations, and ensure project adherence to legal and contractual obligations.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in construction project management, with experience leading remote or distributed teams strongly preferred.
• Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project) and the MS Office Suite.
