Bedfordview, East Rand: LITIGATION ATTORNEY
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable, professional and meticulous (female preferred)
-Good business English proficiency and well spoken
-Bachelor of Laws Degree completed, and admitted as an Attorney a must
-Right of appearance in the High Court highly preferred, or willing to obtain
-Minimum 3 years post admission experience in Civil Litigation a must
-Fully independently functional (Drafting of pleadings test will be conducted with shortlisted candidates)
-Non smoker
-Computer literate in Caselines and Court Online
-Valid driver’s license and own vehicle a must
-Residing near Bedfordview a must (within daily commuting distance)
-Stable employment record a must
-Contactable employer references a must
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Attending to Litigation matters for Law firm
-General Attorney duties (client liaison, court appearance etc.)
-Compiling legal documents
Salary: R 15 000.00 – R 20 000.00 gross maximum + incentives
