This role is perfect for someone with a strong understanding of Sectional Title management and the STSMA who is ready to take the next step in their career within a dynamic, fast-growing, and supportive environment.
You will work closely with the Head of the Body Corporate division, gaining hands-on exposure to high-level scheme management, trustee relations, governance, financial oversight, and day-to-day portfolio operations across a diverse range of properties.

To qualify for this position, you need:
  • Matric.
  • NQF 4 in Real Estate (advantageous).
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in Sectional Title / HOA management.
  • Strong understanding of the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act (STSMA) and governance processes.
  • Experience working with managing agents, trustees, or body corporates.
  • Good administrative and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience with WeConnectU or similar property management systems is advantageous.
Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Assist with the management and oversight of Sectional Title and HOA schemes.
  • Support trustees and managing agents with governance and operational matters.
  • Review budgets, maintenance items, quotations, and scheme reporting.
  • Assist with AGM and SGM preparation and follow-ups.
  • Help ensure schemes remain compliant with STSMA, CSOS, and Prescribed Management Rules.
  • Liaise with owners, trustees, managing agents, and service providers professionally.
  • Assist with tracking maintenance projects, service delivery, and arrears processes.
  • Attend trustee meetings and provide administrative and operational support where required.
  • Work closely with the Head of Department on portfolio strategy, reporting, and scheme performance.
