Accountant Position

A client of mine in the property sector is looking for an Accountant. Working from the office in Stikland is mandatory. Duties&Responsibilities

Supervision and guidance of the Accounts Clerk. Processing and reconciliation of cashbooks. Compiling monthly management reports. Scrutinise the Debtors ageing and ensure monies are collected timeously. Reconcile creditors and ensure payment is made on time. Prepare cashflow forecasts and be involved in preparing budgets.Work closely with the External Auditors from an Audit preparation, compliance and Monthly review perspective. Desired Experience&Qualification

Completed SAIPA articles is not negotiable. An Accounting degree or diploma is not negotiable. Property experience is NOT required but experience within a commercial environment is required. A strong work ethic and a willingness to roll up your sleeves is essential. Package&Remuneration

A market related salary based on experience will be made available to the successful candidate.
