Support Functions

Operations– Assist ad hoc; Commercial – Ad hoc reporting and pull data; Director – Ad hoc reporting and pull data

Month– End Ensure the company is compliant (Both Namibia and South Africa) with all local requirements such as SARB approval Review Exports and integration between Palbroker, Xero and Power BI; Prepare, process and communicate all Export data as required. Accounts Receivable Daily processing of proforma&tax invoices credit notes, email to customers Oversee daily processing of proforma&tax invoices credit notes, email to customers Daily import of import tables for debtors&allocate in Xero Update daily manual statements for retailers; Resolve customer queries&collection of outstanding payments due Monthly statements&reconciliation of debtor’s accounts send by e-mail Confirm daily customer invoices on client portals&load monthly statements on portal (All relevant retailers); Process account sales for RSA market; Process recharges for customers&growers; Maintain and open new customer accounts. Accounts Payable Allocation of the correct GL coding and channels for invoices; Reconciliate and process grower payouts for Growers&email remittances; Reconcile export and local packaging&recharges accounts Daily reconcile of bank accounts in Xero according to bank statement Process market receipts on Xero. Oversee orders from Retailers and pack instruction to Sonop; Local Reporting on weekly basis to Commercial team:

Reporting of targets; Budget vs Actual; Prices; Analyzed performance of orders.

Reconciliation of chep pallets and crates weekly Compile, reconciliation&submission of VAT returns Qualifications
