Job Title: Technical Manager

Hire Resolves client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager to join their team in Benoni, Gauteng. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all technical operations within the organisation Develop and implement technical strategies to achieve company goals Lead a team of technical professionals, providing guidance and support as needed Ensure that all technical projects are completed on time and within budget Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions Stay current on industry trends and developments to inform decision-making

Requirements:  

Minimum BSc(Hons)in food Science or similar. Food Hygiene Training- Level 3 minimum. HACCP -Intermediate/Advanced. Minimum of 10 Years’ experience in a similar role in FMCG . Retort and export customers experience essential. Must have extensive knowledge and experience in Food safety System Audits(BRC&UK-IBL Audit requirements) Allergen Management. Lead Auditor WW and/or M&S Customer Procedures/Audit experience.
