Rate: R150 – R170 per hour

Seeking an experienced Welding Inspector (Quality Control) to ensure all welding activities meet required quality standards, specifications, and industry codes within a heavy and precision engineering environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting welds, verifying compliance, and maintaining strict quality assurance standards across all fabrication and welding processes

Minimum requirements:

• Proven experience as a Welding Inspector in a heavy or precision engineering environment
• Strong understanding of welding processes and fabrication standards
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Knowledge of welding codes and inspection standards (advantageous)
• Experience in quality control and inspection reporting
• Familiarity with measuring equipment and inspection tools
• Matric (Grade 12) preferred
