Duties&Responsibilities

Document controller: Responsible for QMS, keeping a record of and/or making any necessary changes to documents. Implementing and maintaining a QMS to obtain ISO 9001. Strategy and development of the ISO System. Internal Audit planning and Management thereof. Implement all relevant processes and procedures relevant to the quality management system.Update quality documentation and communicate to all staff members. Ensure all relevant systems and processes are in place to satisfy external bodies E.g., customers, certifying bodies, auditors. Ensure ongoing compliance with the quality management system. Assist departments&set clear objectives and targets, swot, processes, procedures, Works Instructions, Risk&Opportunities, and Strategic Direction. Reporting on achievement of those targets in management meetings. Train others on the quality management system. Review and implement training matrix and job observations.
