This role requires strategic oversight, monitoring the execution of operational standards to ensure each site meets departmental targets and upholds multiple brand standards. Additionally, the Area Manager is accountable for optimising business operations, identifying opportunities for competitive advantage, and driving short- and medium-term profitable growth while proactively managing risks across the portfolio.Requirements

South African Citizen Grade 12 / Matric (additional qualifications will be preferable) Code 8 Drivers License Own Vehicle and willing to travel Previous experience in managing multiple fuel service stations OR Previous employment at Food Lovers Market, Woolworths, Pick n Pay, Shoprite, OK or CheckersAt least 2 years proven senior management experience Must have a clear disciplinary record him/herself Advanced labour relations knowledge and skills Ability to interpret site financial statements and profit margins Willing to work extra hours to get the job done with no additional overtime remunerationSelf-starter with proven high levels of initiative High emotional intelligence High resilience Salary Market Related with company benefits.
