Minimum requirements:

3 to 5 years' experience

in a similar role

Follow the company’s accounts payable process

Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls

Build and maintain positive relationships with key suppliers and vendors

Excel proficiency

Strong

attention to detail

and ability to work independently

Duties and responsibilities:

Processing and reconciling

creditor invoices

and payments

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ensuring

accurate record-keeping

and compliance with financial procedures

Managing

supplier accounts

and resolving queries efficiently

Preparing

monthly reconciliations

and reports

Utilizing

Excel

for financial tracking and reporting

Remuneration: Job Grade C3
