Relevant experience in Manufacturing / Processing / FMCG. Relevant Accounting background and tertiary qualification: SAICA / SAIPA / CIMA / MBA or other. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably within the milling or manufacturing industry.Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong leadership and communication skills. Beneficial Experience (Not Required)

Exposure in raw material management and procurement sectors: SAFEX / Commodities. Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, including divisional ownership of respective budgets. Report on company performance and focus areas to management and EXCO. Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.Manage cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making. Lead and mentor the finance and administration team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.Design and implement new financial systems. Oversee financial systems (ERP). Manage business projects and internal/external audits. Provide strategic direction through analysis of financial statements.
