Foreman/Assessor, King William's Town

Well-established company based in King Williams Town are seeking an experienced applicant to join their dynamic team.

Requirements:

• Must have Grade 12
• Trade qualification in construction (advantageous)
• 5+ years of foreman/site management experience
• Assessor certification (or willingness to obtain) 
• Strong knowledge of building regulations
• Ability to assess workmanship and safety compliance
• Valid driver’s license essential (carpool available to go to site)
