Senior Video Sales Specialist The Senior Video Sales Specialist is an established industry expert in Streaming TV and Programmatic Open Internet Video and a crucial contributor to the success of Streaming TV advertising solutions - spanning across Prime Video, Twitch, Live Sports and third‑party Online Video through Amazon DSP. The role partners across multiple teams including product, business, sales and finance to deliver scaled sales strategies and direct customer support. The specialist supports all video products, develops sales packages and plays an enablement role with the broader Sales team. They bring expertise to close business with high‑value customers, often focusing on short‑term progress (e.g., 6 months) against specific accounts with pre‑identified adoption challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver the highest level of sales and customer service to our clients.
Scale video GTM strategies across the Large Customer Sales (LCS) organization.
Develop and implement bespoke industry strategies within assigned verticals.
Engage the Service and Operations teams for new and emerging products.
Partner with LCS and Vertical Marketing to develop narratives that differentiate Amazon Ads’ unique offerings tied to customer objectives and business outcomes.
Represent Amazon Ads externally at industry events to drive upfront and annual commitments.

Basic Qualifications
Experience in Programmatic, DSP, Streaming TV, and Online Video.
Fluency in English; German language skills preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience identifying and recommending new processes, procedures, and methods for product adoption strategy, addressing future needs by partnering and collaborating with regional partners/stakeholders.
Experience in the social media and video advertising landscape, and in Video Commerce with an understanding of the environment.
