Description
- Invoicing of sales orders
- Creating of purchase orders
- Completing GRV`s
- Filing on a daily basis
- General dispatching work
- Checking of stock before vehicles exit the premises
- Monthly stock takes
- Candidate will be required to work over time
Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12
- Critical thinker
- Problem solver
- Computer literate
- Excel Skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Sage is an advantage
- Logistical background is an advantage
- Works well under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Able to work as a team
- Able to work flexible hours
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 19:00 (But can be later depending on trucks planned).
- Weekends on rotational basis: 8:00 – 12:00 and once a month for stock take.
