Medical Receptionist, Kayalami

Duties:

• Answer all calls professionally and redirect as necessary.
• Welcome patients warmly and assist with any queries.
• Verify and update patient information.
• Open new patient files, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Process payments, issue receipts and assist with billing.
• Book consultations and follow-ups efficiently.
• Proficient in record-keeping and maintaining confidential patient data.
• Stock control and office duties may be required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.

Requirements:

• Grade12 
• Experience as administrator/receptionist in a medical practice will be advantageous.
• Must be able to work Shift Work and Public Holidays
