Regional Sales Manager, Bloemfontein

Our client within the Agricultural Sector is looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager in Bloemfontein!

Are you a passionate and self-motivated individual who has more than 5 years' experience in sales and at least 2 years        as a RSM in a FMCG Milling Industry, to regularly visit our clients within specified areas to ensure sales strategies are being instituted for consistent growth within the team to drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate or equivalent to NQF4
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Valid International Driver's permit with own transport

Responsibilities:

• Developing personalized interactions with customers, addressing their needs with tailor-made solutions, and consistently gathering feedback to identify areas for improvement and strengthen relationships
• Developing strong business relationships with key retailers, wholesalers and distributors
• Optimize profitability and ensure financial transparency for better decision-making
