ICT Sales Executive (Telesales), Bloemfontein

Our client in the ICT sector is seeking a Sales Executive (Telesales) to join their team in Bloemfontein.

Responsibilities

• Receive email and telephonic enquiries.
• Quote as required within 4 hours of receiving enquiry.
• Follow up on quotes and process sales orders as needed.
• Call allocated customer base on regular basis.
• Cold call / aquire new clients on an ongoing basis.
• Attend all sales and product training as required.
• Complete daily customer call log sheets.
• Update customer database on an ongoing basis.
• Create sales plan approach for each major customer per product grp.
• Carry out any other instruction as required by Management.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

• Internal Sales Within The IT/ICT Sector: 2 to 3 years.
• Knowledge Of Fincon System: 1 year or less.
• Matric/Senior Certificate.
• 1-3 years in the IT related field.

• Knowledge of Fincon System (advantage).
