Group Finance Director, Bloemfontein

We are looking for a sharp, experienced Group Finance Director to join a growing organization in the education industry. This is a senior role for someone who can take full ownership of financial strategy, reporting, and performance.

Key Requirements:

• 8–12 years' experience in a Financial Management role
• Completed CIMA or SAICA articles
• Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management or BCom
• Strong experience in:
  • Financial modelling
  • Strategic planning
  • Financial reporting
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport
• Willing to travel occasionally in and around Bloemfontein

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead group financial strategy and planning
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
• Manage and improve reporting processes
• Provide strategic financial input to executive leadership
• Ensure compliance and financial governance across the group

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00

Salary:

• Negotiable (Cost to Company)
