About the Opportunity

Aspire Recruiting is currently partnering with an established organisation based in Bloemfontein to identify a meticulous and forward-thinking Internal Auditor and Accountant. 

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and analyse financial statements and other accounting reports for submission to management.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll, cash management, and inventory monitoring.

• Oversee the stock control process and balance stock between different warehouses by prioritizing and auditing inventory, analysing supplier performance, and tracking sales.

• Develop and implement accounting controls and procedures to improve overall company operations.

• File and remit taxes and manage other financial obligations.

• Initiate and manage financial and accounting software used by the company.

• Generate the company's financial reports utilising income and expenditure data.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: BCom Accounting or BCompt Accounting Science Qualification.

• Articles: SAICA or SAIPA Completed Articles are strictly required.
