Description
Our client in the ICT sector is seeking a Sales Executive (Telesales) to join their team in Bloemfontein.

Responsibilities

Receive email and telephonic enquiries.

Quote as required within 4 hours of receiving enquiry.

Follow up on quotes and process sales orders as needed.

Call allocated customer base on a regular basis.

Cold call / acquire new clients on an ongoing basis.

Attend all sales and product training as required.

Complete daily customer call log sheets.

Update customer database on an ongoing basis.

Create sales plan approach for each major customer per product grp.

Carry out any other instruction as required by Management.

Desired Experience&Qualifications

Internal Sales Within The IT/ICT Sector: 2 to 3 years.

Knowledge Of Fincon System: 1 year or less.

Matric/Senior Certificate.

1-3 years in the IT related field.

Additional

Wanting sales as a career.

Knowledge of Fincon System (advantage).
