Kontrak : Permanente Main purpose of the position:

Effective overall control and management of mechanisation parts and workshop to deliver a sustainable service to all OVK Group clients with profitability.

Grade 12;

Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in a mechanisation environment;

Parts and/or workshop management experience required;

Technical background;

Valid driver's license and willing to travel.

Skills :

Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;

Natural ability to function successfully in a competitive agricultural environment;

Able to function under pressure;

Good human knowledge

Responsibilities :

Control and management of administration;

Market share growth;

Management and maintenance of assets;

Inventory management.
