Key Responsibilities

Assist the Managing Director with day‑to‑day operational tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing the executive calendar.

Taking minutes during meetings and ensuring accurate distribution to stakeholders.

Submitting forecasts, preparing reports and handling the stock and activity management associated with the business.

Managing general day‑to‑day running of the business and providing essential administrative support.

Key Competencies

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Time‑management skills.

Qualifications

Minimum Grade 12, with a recognised Secretarial or PA Diploma.

Extensive experience (6–7 years) as a secretary or personal assistant to a senior manager/executive level in a corporate environment.

Professionalism at all times.

Problem‑solving, solution‑oriented thinking and ability to work under pressure.

High productivity work ethic and efficiency.
