Data Capturer&Analytics Agent– Bloemfontein. Our client, a fuel intelligence monitoring company, are currently looking to employ a Data Capturer&Analytics Agent, to start as soon as possible, or Immediately at their Branch in Bloemfontein.

Salary: R10 000– R18 000 + commission structure (Negotiable, depending on experience).

Job Overview:

The Data Capturer&Analytics Agent is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all operational data within the system, while also supporting reporting and basic analytics.

This role is critical to enabling reliable fuel intelligence, accurate reporting, and effective decision-making. The position requires strong attention to detail, discipline, and the ability to work independently within a structured environment.

MUST HAVE PREVIOUS DATA CAPTURING OR ADMINISTRATIVE EXPERIENCE AND EXPOSURE TO FLEET MANAGEMENT OR FUEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS.

Requirements:

Grade 12

Experienced computer literacy (Excel, web‑based systems)

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Previous data capturing or administrative experience

Exposure to fleet management or fuel management systems

Experience working with reports and data analysis

Background in transport, mining, or construction environments

Valid License and Own Transport

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Capture and update: Odometer readings; Hour meter readings; Fuel transactions&Asset and site data

Verify all captured data for accuracy and completeness

Identify and correct inconsistencies or missing information

Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly data completeness

Maintain clean and structured datasets within systems

Flag and escape data gaps or anomalies

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Assist in analysing: Fuel consumption trends; Variances vs expected norms&Irregular patterns or anomalies

Support the operations team with data‑driven insights

Follow standard operating procedures for data entry and reporting

Ensure all data aligns with operational activities on‑site

Maintain audit trails and proper record‑keeping

Work closely with Fleet Controllers and Operations teams

Assist with data requests from clients and internal stakeholders

Support continuous improvement of reporting processes
