Degree in Marketing or Business Management (non-negotiable) Fluent in Afrikaans and English (speak, read, and write) Sotho speaking will be beneficial Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle Be able to work during the weekend for showing “ON SHOW” unit Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist potential buyers in purchasing units/properties within the developments Explain prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related information relating to their purchase journey Showing clients development plans and taking clients through to the show-houses for them to view and persuade them to purchase the best-suited productPrepare necessary administrative documents Communicate effectively with all relevant departments (e.g., Marketing, Bonds) for weekly, daily, and monthly reports After-sale service: follow up with snag attending, etc. The above list of duties is not necessarily complete, and the employee undertakes to perform any other reasonable instruction given by the employer quickly and effectively.
