The Fleet Controller is responsible for monitoring, managing, and optimising fleet and fuel operations using the platform. This role operates within a control room environment and requires a high level of ownership, discipline, and the ability to work independently. The primary focus is on real-time visibility, data accuracy, incident detection, and ensuring operational compliance across all managed assets.MUST HAVE PREVIOUS FLEET MANAGEMENT OR CONTROL ROOM EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE OF FUEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS Requirements

Grade 12 Basic computer literacy (Excel, web-based systems) Previous fleet management or control room experience Knowledge of fuel management systems Experience in transport, mining, or construction environments Operates in a control room environment Must be able to work alone and take full responsibility for assigned operationsValid License and Own Transport Duties include, but are not limited to

Monitor all vehicles and equipment via systems Track trips, routes, and asset utilisation Identify and elevate deviations, misuse, or unauthorised movements Monitor fuel consumption per asset Identify abnormal usage, potential fuel losses, or theft Verify fuel transactions and ensure alignment with system dataCapture and verify: Odometer readings; Hour meter readings&Fuel data (where applicable) Ensure daily data completeness and accuracy Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports Investigate alerts and anomalies from the S system Report incidents such as fuel discrepancies, route deviations, or system irregularities Escalate critical issues to managementAssist clients and internal teams with fleet and fuel-related queries Ensure smooth system usage and adoption across sites Provide feedback to improve operational efficiency
