Minimum requirements:
  • Mature professional with proven accounting and management experience
  • Open to all suitably qualified candidates
  • Strong personality with the ability to lead and manage a large, diverse team
  • Confident in engaging and presenting at EXCO and Board level
  • Payroll experience would be advantageous, though not essential
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • B Com Accounting – Required  
  • SAIPA accredited – Required  
  • Microsoft office
  • 3 – 5  years relevant financial experience
  • Knowledge of General Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Knowledge of Internal Financial Reporting Standards 
    (IFRS)
  • Knowledge of budgeting processes
  • Understanding financial accounting and treasury
  • Technical Proficiency of financial systems: BPO, EVO 
    and Sage  
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Drive and energy
  • Analytical thinking
