A well-established company in the transport sector is seeking an experienced Attorney with a strong background in litigation and transport-related legal advisory services. The successful candidate will provide legal guidance, manage litigation matters, ensure legal compliance, and support operational and commercial activities within the business.Minimum requirements:
LLB Degree Admitted Attorney in South Africa Minimum 3–5 years’ post-admission experience Strong litigation experience essential Experience within the transport/logistics industry advantageous Excellent drafting and negotiation skills Strong knowledge of South African commercial and transport legislation Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters simultaneously
