Internal Sales Consultant, Boksburg

We are seeking a driven Internal Sales Consultant to join our client’s team based in Ekurhuleni. This opportunity is ideal for a confident and customer-focused individual who has completed a qualification in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field, and is looking to grow their career within a fast-paced sales environment.

The successful candidate will assist external sales representatives, manage customer enquiries, and help convert opportunities into business. This role is suited to an organised and technically minded individual with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service and relationship building.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist sales representatives in creating and converting opportunities.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Communicate product and technical information clearly and confidently.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Apply sound sales and negotiation techniques to support deal conversion.
• Work closely with the broader team to help achieve regional sales targets.
• Provide professional support in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Be available for standby duties when after-hours arrangements are required.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Sales/Marketing (Preferred)
• Strong SAP experience is essential
• Minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, customer relationships, or a related internal sales environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical information.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Computer literacy and general administration.
• Professional approach in all dealings
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in Engineering or technical environment will be advantageous.
