Our client is looking for a hands‑on

Regional Sales Manager

to lead their sales and marketing team in Gauteng East Rand. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of sales operations, and a proven track record of growing business and managing people.

Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of sales representatives to achieve regional sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

Identify new business opportunities and implement growth strategies.

Monitor performance, guide the team, and ensure excellent customer service.

Manage budgets, costs, and compliance within company guidelines.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

7 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

Regional management experience.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Proficient in MS Office, SAP/ERP systems, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
