Senior Estates Attorney, Boksburg

is seeking a senior attorney with 10+ years of experience administering deceased estates. The applicant will be the principal attorney responsible for the operation and control of a thriving Estates Administration department.

Applicant's responsibilities

Oversight and administration of deceased estates

Preparation and finalisation of Liquidation and Distribution Accounts

Navigation of the office of the Master of the High Court

Engagement with the South African Revenue Service on tax disputes in the context of estates

Maintaining client relationships

Growing the client base

Managing staff

Drafting Last Wills and Testaments

Advising clients on estate planning

Qualifications

Ten plus years of experience in the administration of estates (Non-negotiable)

Five plus years running an estates department
