In production, reliability is everything. One fault can stop an entire process!

As a Millwright, you are the person who sees it coming— and fixes it before it becomes a problem.

You are responsible for keeping the production and packaging lines electrically stable, safe and efficient.

Your responsibilities include:

Performing corrective and preventive maintenance

Analysing production data and translating this into electrical improvements

Adjusting and optimising production and packaging machines

Supporting and advising operators on technical matters

Solving 1st-line malfunctions within a 3-shift structure

What you bring

NQF Level 4 qualification as a Millwright (or similar technical qualification)

Experience in a production or manufacturing environment

Strong fault-finding skills

The ability to stay calm and structured under pressure

What you can expect:

A secure 2-year contract, with the perspective of a permanent role;

Full relocation support, from housing to paperwork;

Salary from€4,300 per month, depending on your experience and qualifications;

25 paid holidays, plus optional ADV days;

Public holidays and 8.33% holiday allowance (above market standard);

Overtime and shift allowances according to Dutch law;
