This position is responsible for performing all the optimal operation and functioning of all infrastructure in the factory/ plant.Qualification Requirements

Grade 12 Experience Requirements

3-5 years’ experience in plant operations. 3-5 years’ experience in a production environment (FMCG) Key Outputs Responsible for a line or group of machines or a hall e.g. HB Conducts problem solving with the supervisor or in supervisor’s absence – Yellow Belt Stands in for the supervisor in management meetingsResponsible for overall process/hall autonomous maintenance Responsible for ordering of materials– second signatory at stores Responsible for his/area stock balancing Responsible for calling out artisan in the absence of the supervisor – possesses some technical understanding Conducts invocoms
