Broker Assistant (CertiSure), Bultfontein

Certisure is looking for a Broker Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Broker by managing insurance processes, client interactions, and office administration to ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support on asset and crop insurance by handling quotations, policy administration, claims processing, renewals, and client communication, while ensuring accurate documentation and system updates.
• Maintain and update client databases and support the Broker in delivering timely and compliant insurance services.
• Ensure smooth office operations through professional client interaction, managing appointments, maintaining filing systems, confirming insurance cover, handling correspondence, and supporting general administrative and IT-related tasks.
