Workshop Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage the service department, ensuring high productivity and service quality.

Maintain and grow customer satisfaction by managing service standards, customer relationships, and feedback.

Oversee staffing, talent retention, training, and development to build a high-performing team.

Manage service operations including workflow, scheduling, workshop processes, and dealer management systems.

Monitor profitability, costs and budgets, applying business acumen to achieve targets.

Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, audits, and safety regulations.

Drive continuous improvement and implement process enhancements to optimize efficiency.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience as a Service Manager at dealership level.

Experience with franchise dealerships and reputable automotive brands preferred.

Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities and workshop oversight experience.

Proven leadership, communication and team‑building skills.

Solid understanding of accounting, marketing and service profitability.
