Production Supervisor (Drill & Blast), Mpumalanga

Job Description

A mine in Mpumalanga is looking for a skilled Production Supervisor (Drill & Blast). The appointed person will be responsible to ensure that daily and weekly targets are reached and executed safely. They will have the responsibility to ensure compliance and that the requirements of the company policy and procedures as well as legislative requirements are met and understood.

Requirements:

•Grade 12

•Relevant tertiary qualification

•Surface Blasting certificate for Coal Mines

•2 Open Cast Machine licenses

•2 years’ experience as a digger/dragline operator or Blaster or completed graduate development program

•Experience in Open Cast Mining and management of contracting.
