Training Officer, Mpumalanga

Job Description

Are you looking to relocate and get a new start? A mining company based in the Mpumalanga province is looking to employ Training Officer. The role will be responsible to identify training and development needs within the plant through job analysis, appraisal and regular consultation with Supervisors, Plant Manager and the Human Resources department (training needs analysis).

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

•Diploma/Degree in Training/ETDP/Human Resources Development Registered as Skills Development Facilitator (essential)

•Certificate in Occupational Directed ETDP Level 4 (essential)

•Assessor Certificate (essential)

•Computer literacy (essential)

•Level 4 Mineral Processing Qualification (advantageous)

•Moderator Certificate (advantageous)

•5 - 10 years’ experience in training environment (Mining or Mineral processing industry)

•Knowledge of relevant Acts (EE, SDL, SD, SAQA, etc.)
