TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Clerk: Admin within the Financial Services division at Nelspruit, Mpumalanga.
Job Summary This role provides administrative support within the Medical Aid department, focusing on claims processing, hospital authorisations, client queries, and data capturing. The position involves regular liaison with clients and brokers, maintenance of CRM records, and ensuring accurate, timely service delivery.
Responsibilities and Duties
Administrative duties relating to insurance and medical schemes, including claims, queries and Hospital Authorisation
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Financial Services Division, including preparing documents, and processing correspondence
Process and monitoring claims
General client services and capturing of data
Constant liaison with client/brokers and logging of communication
Maintain the CRM database
Qualifications and Skills
Matric / Grade 12
3 years’ work experience in an administrative position
Experience in the Insurance industry (advantageous)
Computer literate (proficiency in Excel, CMR software and Microsoft Office suite)
Strong leadership skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Deadline driven, good organising and planning skills
Hard working, conscientious and energetic
