Responsibilities

What we're looking for: We're looking for a Quality Control/Assurance Supervisor based at our Brits Bakery. Engaged in performing raw material intake. Responsible for the grading and related functions. Normally reports to Siloman Applied in Milling Operations.

Accountabilities: 

Document and manage quality processes and informationUpdate and implement QA procedures Conduct and moderate internal and external QM auditsTest and control raw materials, packaging & finished products; resolved customer complaints & product returnsManage own team and train employees on QM systems, policies & procedures QualificationsNational Diploma or equivalent in Biotechnology or Food TechnologyComputer skills including SAP and MS OfficeFSSC 2200 and Lead Auditor certificate advantageousAIB Implementation and Maintenance experience
