We are hiring a Food Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations within our Food & Beverages department. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient processes to meet budget goals and maintain quality standards in line with company policies.

We are seeking a Food Beverage Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective communication with department heads, controlling costs, monitoring sales, maintaining hygiene standards, managing HR processes, and overseeing health and safety procedures.


Duties and Responsibilities:

• • Ensure daily communication with the Head of Departments & Superiors.

• • Control Processes on COS to achieve monthly budgets.

• • Ensure daily sales balance in the income statements.

• • Ensure daily cash-ups are checked and signed off.

• • Verify that Quality of Hygiene Standards, food quality according to Company standards in the business unit, is checked daily.

• • Monitor the appropriate needs and ensure that on-the-job training is done by the relevant people.

• • Verify that all HR processes are managed.

• • Verify the accuracy of supplier Invoices & data from the stock system.

• • Handover, reports & control documents.

• • Verify that the following Health, Safety, and hygiene processes and procedures are managed accordingly.

• • Perform any relevant duties as required by management.
