To deliver safe, quality nursing care according to the Scope of Practice KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

Deliver quality nursing care in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team Identify, prevent and report risks to ensure patient safety Facilitate a positive patient experience by creating a conducive environment Provide accurate and comprehensive records of all nursing interventions Participate in creating a learning environment that builds staff competenceEnsure that all utilised stock and equipment are accurately charged REQUIRED EDUCATION

For specialised wards, CPD courses in specific specialityarea REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: None DESIRED EXPERIENCE: 1 year post qualification experience before placement in a specialised unit REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
