Brand Operations and Logistics, Cape Town

Multi Purpose Role - operating and monitoring day-to-day brand/business operations.

- Role for small start-up brands ( Jewellery and Fitness Industries.)
- 2-3 year commitment.
- Candidate must be organised, extremely hard working and have attention to detail NB.
- Inventory management system control (ZOHO system).
- Ensuring warehouse and logistics is organised and performing optimally.
- Good with numbers, strong accounting and excel skills - invoicing and accounts.
- Experience with E commerce platforms - Shopify, Takealot, One Day Only etc.
- Helping grow sales across all brands.
- Customer relations, responding to customers on E comm platform etc.
- Basic and continuous constructing, maintaining and editing of all 3-5 brands Shopify sites.
- Running all campaigns and logistics, start to finish, with third party retailers ODO, Takealot etc.
- Must have initiative, confidence and ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Must be passionate about entrepreneurship, marketing and growing brands.
- Problem solving day to day business issues and putting out “fires” where needed.
- Experience with Canva, Excel, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok a bonus.
- Marketing or Brand Management background a bonus.
- Work experience of at least 1-3 years preferable.
- Work times semi flexible, ideally in office to start between 9:30am - 3:30pm. De Waterkant, Cape Town.
