This position has the potential to grow into a head of recruitment position as we scale across new regions.

Your key job responsibilities as the Talent Acquisition Partner in South Africa (Remote):

• Identify ways to improve their internal recruitment processes & scale these across their different regions
• Source individuals for their programs
• Utilise live adverts, social media, & their online presence to drive traffic and awareness
• Conduct 2 stage interviews to admit people into the program
• Build your own brand on LinkedIn to spread the message on the company

Requirements for this Talent Acquisition Partner in South Africa (Remote):

• Passionate about their mission – levelling the playing field and making opportunities fair for everyone and they would love someone who buys into their dream!
• Must want to work in a startup environment. This is a true start up, things move super quick, so you'll have to be comfortable with that
• Ideally 12+ months in recruitment but they are open to people who are hungry to learn
