Foreman Engineering, Bapong

   The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to:

? Effective self and team supervision in alignment with our values and leadership initiatives
? Engineering equipment in maintained according to agreed standards, procedures and schedules
? Compliance with SHEQ and client standards, policies, procedures and safety protocols
? Maintenance schedules to be in place and ‘living'
? Administration management
? Quality management risks mitigated
? Supervision and technical skills development of Artisans
? Working to standards and procedures for systematic, disciplined operations, Planning for budgets and projects
? Performance measurement and coaching of subordinates
? Acquisition of resources and selection of subordinates
? Management of all Electrical/ Mechanical maintenance and installations to schedule
? Control of overtime and stores expenditure
