The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to:Effective application of quality assurance methods in alignment with Client standards ensuring cost containment and no negative impact to Clients budget/accreditation due to negligence Effective self and team management and alignment with Company values and leadership initiatives Effective engagement with team and external stakeholders Effective and efficient audit coordination and monitoring, measuring and moderation of the quality management system in alignment with MQA and ISO requirements and enhancement of ETD learning material/initiatives/standards/procedures informed by findings Effective risk monitoring, risk identification and mitigation within the respective QA frameworks Cost containment through proper planning Effective self-management in alignment with Clients values and leadership initiatives Effective stakeholder engagement that ensures sound relationships built on trust with team and site employees to facilitate and deliver full performance Effective planning and organizing of assessment deliverables, on target, as defined by the training service level agreement for the specific project Demonstrated fairness and safety in the preparation and conduction of assessments
