Purpose of the position: To ensure a continuous and sustainable supply of suitable candidates to the company.

KPI's:

• Source and select suitable candidates, operating within the professional standards and procedures of Believe Resourcing.

General description:

• Source and select suitable candidates
• Network and advertise to potential candidates
• Handle correspondence and phone calls
• Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies
• Arrange meetings and appointments
• Negotiate contracts
• Arrange and prepare starter packs
• Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics etc.
• Liaising with a whole range of people, obtaining as much information as possible, to ensure the perfect match.
• Liaise with staff
• Miscellaneous tasks in support of the Executive
• Any other task within the scope of a Resourcer.

Requirements:

• Matric
• Own transport
• You need to live in the area or surrounds
• Ability to start immediately
• 1-2 years working experience
• High energy levels
• Ability to work under pressure
• Tech savvy
• Social media "know how"
• Ability to use initiative
• Attention to detail
