Workshop Supervisor: Small Works Panel Division, Cape Town

Responsibilities:

• Manages and prioritise resources across the area of responsibility to meet functional business objectives.
• Supply the project engineers with continuous feedback with regards to current order status.
• Active Stock management to meet the demands of manufacturing works.
• Full mechanical and electrical design according to the customers specifications.
• Oversee the manufacture of panel sales orders in keeping with the quotation, client specifications, delivery schedules ad Company quality standards. Hands on assistance when required.
• Facilitate and conduct factory acceptance tests.
• Testing and quality control in accordance with SABS 10142.
• Manage projects including liaising with other Company departments and personnel.
• Manage of permanent and contract staff.

Requirements:

• Qualified Electrician
• N6 Electrical Qualification(Advantageous)
• Wiremans Licence
• Be able to read and understand wiring plans and graphs
• Under 45 Years of Age
• Low Voltage Experience
• Extensive hands on technical experience and knowledge in the panel wiring. 
• Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely, oral and writing , including formal communication to both internal and external customers. 
• Minimum of 5 Years experience in similar role.
