Requirements:

• 2+ Years' experience in Agency Recruitment (Generalist / Specialist).
• Proof of billings/placements/sales targets reached (minimum of R100K per month in billings).
• Solid track record regarding past employment held.
• Strong client facing experience and negotiation closing skills.
• High energy and a mature/professional individual.
• Independent and team playing capabilities.
• Valid drivers license and own vehicle.
