Our client is well established Recruitment Agency with branches across UK and USA. They are looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their team of 5 here in SA, to be part of their global USA team.
They offer access to all the latest technology to make your Recruitment process more streamlined and efficient and amazing training program, with continuous focus on growth, development and mentoring.
They are operating mainly within FMCG, Manufacturing and Logistics, and are looking for consultants with experience from one of these 3 areas.
They will be opening an office in Century City in May 2023 and will offer hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
Requirements:
Previous experience in 360 Recruitment
Minimum of 5 years experience within Logistics, Manufacturing or FMCG
Being able to work US hours (2 pm - 11 pm or 3 pm - 12 am)
US recruitment experience would be preferred, but not a must
Duties and Responsibilities:
New Business Development
Growing and establishing relationships with clients
Growing a pipeline of candidates
Sourcing and Interviewing candidates
Admin duties associated with recruitment
